China has listed LED lighting as a strategic emerging industry in the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, and Ningbo City has been included in the national “Ten Cities  and  Ten Thousand Cities” semiconductor lighting application engineering pilot city, 2014 In the year, the sales of LED lighting related industries in Ningbo reached more than 20 billion yuan, and the industrial scale was second only to Guangzhou and Shenzhen,  ranking third in the country. Ningbo is a hometown of lamps and lanterns that is well-known at home and abroad. Ningbo has become one of the three major LED lighting industry bases in China.

　　According to  the  national release of the "LED energy-saving plan" forecast: in 2015 China's LED  lighting output value will reach 450 billion yuan. Among them, LED lighting applications are nearly 200 billion yuan. By 2020,  China's household LED  lighting demand is expected  to  expand to 22 billion US dollars . The next three years will be  the "golden age" for  the  development  of  the  LED  industry .
